Child Safety Standards Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to:

• All registered users of the SAHA platform.
• All content uploaded, shared, or transmitted through the application.
• All communications between users.
• All features and services provided by SAHA.

By using SAHA, you agree to comply with this Policy.

2. Eligibility

SAHA is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users below the age of 18 are not permitted to:

• Register an account.
• Access the platform.
• Upload content.
• Communicate with other users.
• Purchase subscriptions or premium services.

Any account identified as belonging to a minor may be suspended or permanently removed.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy

SAHA strictly prohibits any activity involving:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
• Child Grooming
• Child Trafficking
• Sexual exploitation of minors
• Solicitation of minors
• Any illegal activity involving children

Violations will result in immediate enforcement action.

4. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, distribute, transmit, request, or promote content that includes or facilitates:

• Child sexual abuse material.
• Exploitative images or videos involving minors.
• Sexual conversations with minors.
• Grooming behaviour.
• Requests for explicit content involving minors.
• Attempts to recruit or exploit minors.
• Links directing users to illegal child exploitation material.

Such content will be removed immediately upon detection.

5. User Responsibilities

All users are expected to:

• Follow applicable laws.
• Respect other users.
• Refrain from uploading illegal or exploitative content.
• Report suspicious behaviour immediately.
• Cooperate with investigations when requested.

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in account restrictions or termination.

6. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users are encouraged to report any content or behaviour that may violate this Policy. Reports can be submitted through:

• In-app reporting tools
• Profile reporting
• Chat reporting
• Image reporting
• Email support

Reports should include sufficient information to assist our moderation team in reviewing the concern.

7. Review and Enforcement

Upon receiving a report, SAHA may:

• Review reported content.
• Investigate the associated account.
• Remove violating content.
• Restrict account functionality.
• Temporarily suspend the account.
• Permanently terminate the account.
• Preserve evidence where required by law.
• Notify appropriate authorities where legally required.

8. Content Moderation

SAHA may use a combination of automated detection systems and manual moderation to identify content that violates this Policy. Content may be reviewed for:

• Child exploitation.
• Illegal activity.
• Nudity.
• Harassment.
• Violence.
• Other violations of our Community Guidelines.

9. Cooperation with Authorities

Where required by applicable law, SAHA may cooperate with:

• Law enforcement agencies.
• Cybercrime investigation units.
• Child protection organizations.
• Judicial authorities.

Information will only be disclosed in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

10. Privacy

11. Policy Violations

Violation of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Warning
• Content removal
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to relevant authorities
• Legal action where applicable

SAHA may update this Child Safety Standards Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulations, platform requirements, or safety practices. The updated version will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
